Tiffany is a successful educator, thought leader & disruptor...
Meet Tiffany
Following a brief career in the Air Force, which culminated with a command position in Doha, Qatar, Tiffany began teaching at the college level in Las Vegas. Following a move to the Chicagoland area, Tiffany developed an award winning course for national government students. The introductory course included a service learning opportunity for motivated undergraduate students to share their knowledge with 6th grade students at a local elementary school. Then, a mentor convinced Tiffany to pursue her doctoral degree in political science. While studying full-time and teaching part-time, Tiffany continued to mentor and advise numerous students from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. These interactions made an impact and continue to inform her guidance, especially toward students struggling to find the best school and program to match their needs. Tiffany was awarded a research fellowship and was recognized as the top graduate student in 2015. She continues to mentor and advise high school students as well as recent graduates who are looking for the best program and career path.
WHY SHOULD YOU USE A COLLEGE CONSULTANT?
According to the American School Counselor Association, the student-to-counselor ratio was 408 to 1 between 2021-2022 (schoolcounselor.org). As college and specialty credential programs become more competitive, it is difficult for high school counselors to provide individualized service. The application process for programs after high school are more detailed and time-consuming. A college consultant can ease the burden of information gathering and provide a strategic, individual plan for your student.
