GE-Reagan Foundation Scholarship Program


This week's scholarship spotlight highlights an opportunity for students with leadership skills. Are you a high school senior with possesses the leadership, drive, integrity, and citizenship exhibited by President Ronald Reagan? Scholarship America administers this opportunity and details can be found here.

Minimum GPA of 3.0, citizen of the U.S., plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate program at an accredited four-year college or university for 2024-2025 academic year. Deadline to apply is January 4, 2024 by 3pm Central Time.

John F. Kennedy Profile in Courage Essay Contest


The John F. Kennedy Library administers the annual essay contest and this year's theme is "Describe and analyze and act of political courage by a US elected official who served during or after 1917." Details can be found here.

Several award options available ranging from $10,000 to $100. Additional details available here. Deadline to apply is January 12, 2024.

National Restaurant Association Foundation Scholarship


Over 40 culinary-related scholarships available. Submit an application on January 15, 2024 and then you'll be matched with the most eligible scholarship. Over $1.2 million available to those seeking a post-secondary degree in restaurant, foodservice, and the hospitality industry. Foundation also offers grants for educators and individuals seeking certifications to advance their careers.

Application period is from January 15 to March 15, 2024. Recipients will be notified in June and will have until August 15, 2024 to claim their scholarship. Details here.
